In 2005, the couple formed by the Chef Montse de la Torre and the sommelier Antonio Cristofani (el Ché) decided to bet and create their own family business: a small tavern inspired in their home town, La Estación Linares-Baeza.
From the very beginning, their bet for the quality and their exquisite creations make the business to succeed and pretty soon It became small. As time passes by and the joy of their followers, they enlarged the local in order to become a restaurant as well.
Original and welcoming, La Cantina is perfect for lunch, dinner o just have some tapas.
